The panel of international experts included Elena de la Peña, Deputy Director of the Spanish Road Association; Johanna Vollrath, Executive Secretary of Chile's National Traffic Commission; Luis Felipe Lota, Director of Colombia's ANSV; Sebastián Velázquez, Director of Mobility Planning in Bogotá; Margot Besson, Policy Officer for Bicycles and Public Space Planning in Paris; and Marisela Ponce de León, Road Safety Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
 
Speed reduction, the incorporation of bicycle paths, preferential or exclusive lanes for motorcycles, measures in public transport to guarantee low risk of contagion, alternative mobility and intervention in public spaces to circulate guaranteeing distance, were some of the topics presented by the specialists.
