Representatives from the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), public works ministries, interior ministries, the Paraguayan Parliamentary Network for Road Safety, and the Data Observatory of Chile's National Traffic Safety Commission participated; as well as the Executive Director of the National Road Safety Agency of Paragua, the Director of the National Road Safety Unit of Argentina -Carlos Pérez-, the Director of the National Road Safety Unit of Uruguay -Fernando Longo-, and the Director of the National Traffic Agency of Ecuador -Álvaro Guzmán-.
The content of the symposium included working strategies and good practices, such as driver's licenses, motorcycles and child road safety.
On the first day, Nani Rodríguez, President of the Gonzalo Rodríguez Foundation, gave a presentation in which she shared good practices in child safety in the region.
On the second day, a closed day of exchange took place between the National Traffic and Road Safety Agency team and international experts.
